Manuscripts to be presented at the CTS 2006 conference and published in the proceedings of the conference must be submitted in the format prescribed and template provided. The maximum length is 8 pages. Additional pages cost US$60.00 per page with a maximum of 4 pages.
All authors must electronically submit a PDF file of their final camera ready manuscript to the conference WEB SITE using their original login information. If a paper was not uploaded and evaluated using the web site (most of special sessions papers fall under this category), then the authors must send the final manuscript in pdf format only to Seung-yun Kim as attachment at kimseung@notes.udayton.edu.
Registration Fees are non-refundable.
REQUIRED: ALL ACCEPTED PAPERS MUST BE PRESENTED BY AN AUTHOR. NO EXCEPTION.
In the case of multi-authored papers, one author must register at the full registration rate for the paper to be considered for presentation at the conference. If an author has more than one accepted paper, he/she must pay the full registration fee plus extra page charges, if any. Each additional paper costs $330 fee plus extra page charges, if any.
There will be a $120.00 early registration fee for student attendees ($220.00 after March 10). The $120.00 student fee applies only to students attending but not presenting a paper OR students attending and presenting a paper for which a FULL Author Registration fee has been paid by another coauthor. Student status must be certified by a formal letter from the student's department or school.
All authors must fully register by MARCH 10, 2006. Final accepted manuscripts received after MARCH 10, 2006 will not be published in the proceedings of this conference.
The conference registration fee includes attending all sessions and tutorials, refreshments and coffee breaks, a luncheon, a dinner, and one copy of the conference proceedings. Student registration is for attending the sessions and tutorials only. Additional proceedings, CDs, luncheon and dinner tickets may be purchased. Please contact the Registration Chair for additional information.
The proceedings will be distributed at the conference. If not pick up at the conference, the proceedings may be shipped to you upon receipt of your payment of a $60.00 postage/handling fee per volume in the U.S.A. For international shipping, please contact the Registration Chair, if it will be possible.

Accommodations:
We have arranged for a block of rooms at the Luxor Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. These rooms have been blocked to give attendees a special conference rate between May 13 and May 20, 2006. The rates are as follows.May 14-May 18: $99.00 per room
May, 13, 19, and 20: $189.00 per roomThe government per diem rate is available only to active duty or civilian government employees. ID will be required upon check-in. Retired military ID's do not qualify.
Rates are subject to Clark County hotel occupancy taxes, currently at (9.00%) subject to change at any time. Room rates are based on single or double occupancy. Additional person charge is $25.00 per person per night, with a maximum of four persons in each room.
All guests will be responsible to make their own hotel registration, reservation and payments, and make these arrangements directly with the Hotel.
To qualify for special CTS rates, you must make reservations directly with the Hotel by Friday, April 14, 2006, 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, at the latest. The block will be assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis until it is full. All reservations must be called in and guaranteed before this cut-off date. Requests after this date will be taken on space available basis at the prevailing rack rate.
