Brief Description:
In
the next decades, robots will be used in many areas. The applications will shift from individual
robot works independently to a group of robots work collaboratively. It will be more and more important to
understand the interaction among a team of collaborative robots and between human and robots.
Here, the definition of robots also includes every type of unmanned
vehicles.
This
special session on collaborative robots - to be held as part of the 2003
International Symposium on Collaborative Technologies and Systems,
We
invite original contributions from researchers in academia, research
laboratories, and computer industry on these emerging and important areas of
information technology.
