Manuscripts to be presented at the CTS 2005 conference and published in the proceedings of the conference must be submitted in the format prescribed and template provided. The maximum length is 8 pages. Additional pages cost $60.00 per page with a maximum of 2 pages.
All authors must electronically submit a PDF file of their final camera ready manuscript to the conference WEB SITE using their original login information. If a paper was not uploaded and evaluated using the web site (most of special sessions papers fall under this category), then the authors must send the final manuscript in pdf format only to Marius Meissner as attachment at colognegangsta@yahoo.com.
Registration Fees are non-refundable.
REQUIRED: ALL ACCEPTED PAPERS MUST BE PRESENTED BY AN AUTHOR. NO EXCEPTION.
In the case of multi-authored papers, one author must register at the full registration rate for the paper to be considered for presentation at the conference. If an author has more than one accepted paper, he/she must pay the full registration fee plus extra page charges, if any. Each additional paper costs US$300 fee plus extra page charges, if any.
There will be a $100.00 registration fee for student attendees. The $100.00 student fee applies only to students attending but not presenting a paper OR students attending and presenting a paper for which a FULL Author Registration fee has been paid by another coauthor.
All authors must fully register by MARCH 14, 2005. Final manuscripts received after MARCH 14, 2005 will not be published in the proceedings of this conference.
The conference registration fee includes attending all sessions and tutorials, refreshments and coffee breaks, a luncheon, a dinner, and one copy of the conference proceedings plus a CD. Student registration ($100.00) is for attending the sessions and tutorials only. Additional proceedings, CDs, luncheon and dinner tickets may be purchased.
The proceedings will be distributed at the conference. The proceedings may be shipped to you upon receipt of your payment of a $60.00 (U.S.) postage/handling fee per volume.

The Symposium's hotel is the Adam's Mark Hotel, located downtown, across from the Gateway Arch, in the heart of the city's business district, and within walking distance of The Edward Jones Dome, Busch Stadium, Laclede's Landing, and St. Louis Centre.
Check-in time is at 3:00 pm and check-out time is at 12 noon. The hotel offers check cashing privileges to guests and they also have an ATM/Cash machine located in the lobby.
The hotel is convenient to the city's interstate expressway system and is about 20 minutes from the Lambert St. Louis International Airport.
All guest rooms are equipped with remote control TV, in-room movies, dual-line phones with dataport and voice mail, large work desk, alarm radio and more. Amenities include complimentary health club, racquetball courts, indoor and outdoor pool, sauna and whirlpool, 24-hour room service, same day dry cleaning/laundry, and more.

Accommodations:
We have arranged a block of rooms at the Adam's Mark Hotel. These rooms have been blocked to give you a special conference rate between May 14 and May 20. The government per diem rate is $98 single/double occupancy and the industry rate is $102 single/double occupancy. The government per diem rate is available only to active duty or civilian government employees. ID will be required upon check-in. Retired military ID's do not qualify.
Rates are subject to hotel occupancy taxes (14.866%). To qualify for special CTS rates, you must make reservations by Friday, April 22, 2005.
