KetoCounter was written in MS Visual Basic 6.0. It runs in any MS Windows operating system such as Windows 2000, Windows XP, etc.

To download and run KetoCounter:

• Click on the “Download KetoCounter” link.
• In the “File Download” box that appears, click the “Save” button.
• Create a directory called “KetoCounter” on your computer by clicking the “Create New Folder” icon. Save KCDist.ZIP to that directory by clicking the “Save” button. (Alternately, download KCDist.ZIP to any directory on your computer, then create a new directory for KetoCounter and move KCDist.ZIP to that directory).
• If downloading an update of KetoCounter: unzip (extract) the contents of KCDist.ZIP into a temporary directory. Then copy KetoCounter.EXE and KCHELP.HLP into your existing KetoCounter directory. If you unzip (extract) the entire contents of KCDist.ZIP directly into your KetoCounter directory, you may overwrite your updated database with the default KetoCounter database and lose all recent entries to the database.
• If downloading KetoCounter for the first time: unzip (extract) the contents of KCDist.ZIP into the “KetoCounter” directory on your computer.
• Click on the “KetoCounter.exe” icon to start KetoCounter.
• Click on the menu item “Help” for instructions on how to use KetoCounter.
